Badly damaged sale plan for "Auction sale of land in subdivision Glenfruin Stud Farm close to Timaru : property of Mr Robert Davie, who has instructed us to sell by public auction, on the grounds, on Thursday, 9th May, 1912, at 2.30 p.m. [by] National Mortgage & Agency Co. of N.Z. Ltd [and] [Cant]erbury Farmers Co-op. Assn. Ltd. Joint Auctioneers."
Described below the title as "splendid dairy and agricultural farms. Land suitable for market gardening, & c. Within four miles of Timaru."
Depicts areas to be sold bordering what are now Rosewill Valley, Spur and Seaton Roads, near their junction with Washdyke Flat Road. Provides parcel sizes and shows a house off Rosewill Valley Road, as well as several stands of trees and several small dams around the property. The plan also notes the neighbouring farmers' names and provides a locality plan in the lower left. Terms and conditions appeared over the locality plan, but most of this is lost.
