Title Longdown Estate Temuka : the property of Messrs Kennaway
Scope & Content Coloured sale plan for "Longd[own Esta]te Temu[ka] : the property of Messrs Kennaway", drawn by "McIntyre & Lewis". To be sold at auction by Guinness & Le Cren in Timaru, "about the end of October, 1911."

The right half of the sheet is occupied by the title and sale notice (NB: large parts of the title are missing), while left half of the sheet depicts the land to be sold. The plan extends across to Temuka and Winchester in order to illustrate the property location. The plan gives the land parcel sizes and neighbouring property owners (see people field).

Roads shown include the Kakahu & Geraldine Road (now Earl Road), Talbot (now John Talbot) Road, the Waitohi & Kakahu Road (now Seven Sisters Road), Boundary Road (now Goodwin Road), and the Christchurch-Timaru Road (State Highway 1).
