Scope & Content "Subdivision of part of Riverslea Estate, Temuka, on account of Mr John Brown. To be sold at auction at the Dominion Theatre, Temuka, on Tuesday, April 27th, 1920" by the Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd, and SC Farmers Agency Company, Ltd, Temuka (joint auctioneers).

The property is described as "All rich dairying land, clean, and in great heart; all well-fenced, [with] splendid water available ... [and has] a good 8-roomed homestead, cowshed with milking plant, trap shed, granary, implement shed etc."
