Description Colonial Auxiliary Forces Long Service Medal awarded to J. D. Robertson for 20 years service in 1912.

Obverse: The head of King Edward VII facing left. The words "EDWARDVS VII REX IMPERATOR" surround the King's profile.

Reverse: In the center of the medal, it reads "FOR LONG SERVICE IN THE COLONIAL AUXILIARY FORCES". These words are surrounded by a wreath with a crown at the apex.

The edge of the medal reads "NO36/1728 COL.SERG.J.D.ROBERTSON, 2ND (5TH. CANTY.) REG. 1912"

There is a bar used to attach the green grosgrain silk ribbon.
