Object Name Figurine
Description Figurine of a peasant boy blowing a horn, on a stepped wooden base. Spelter (combination of zinc and pewter) finished to resemble bronze.

Boy wears a woolly cape tied around his shoulders over a shirt and unbuttoned, long-sleeved jacket. Also wears loose pants, bound around his calves with flat strips tied off at the side just under his knees. Outfit is completed with flat-soled leather shoes and a brimmed hat with a rounded crown and decorative feather.

Stands on a thin, textured round which is screwed onto the base and secured with a washer and nut, hidden inside a cavity cut into the centre of the base.
