Description Sublime specimen of a Nankeen Night Heron, inside a wood and glass display case. Black head feathers with a small crest aboove the eyes, plus two long white feathers emerging from under the black nape feathers. Pure cream to caramel breast and underbelly feathers, yellow claws, and cream brown back and flight feathers. Large, bright, yellow eyes and a powerful, stabbing beak.
