Small carriage clock with case. The clock is rectangular with rectangular face with black roman numerals on white background. Below numbers is "MacMichael" and possibly an address 9 of the maker? see notes). Clock is made from brass with bevelled glass panels on all sides and the top so that the workings of the clock can be seen. Glass door at the back where clock can be wound up but key is missing. Small ornate handle at the top.
Case is made from wood covered with mock snake skin cardboard. It is lined inside with purple velvet. One side is cut away so that the face of the clock can be seen when it is in the case. Lid lifts up so that clock can be removed.
