A badly damaged plan of proposed Timaru Harbour works to accompany "Mr. Maxwell's report", dated 14 December 1907 Provides a plan of Timaru Harbour and adjacent foreshore showing, in red, proposed works to remove the North Mole and extend several short berthing wharves out across Caroline Bay, protected by a western mole adjacent to the coast. A groyne at the southern end of the Waimataitai beach is also indicated, should it be required. Includes general soundings around the harbour. Timaru Harbour Board plan 381 |
