A photograph of looking down on the Franz Josef Glacier from the air. Probably taken in the early 1930s. Identified by a handwritten note on the verso, whish also identifies Almer hut [spelt Alma] as being on the rock buttress on the left. The verso also bears an oval "Lieca" copyright stamp attributed to "A.C. Elworthy". Another note also appears to record the camera setting as " 'Dragonfly' - f9/200".
