  2. No.16 Cook Hut [Hooker Hut]

    An undated image of two women and a man posed outside the Hooker Hut, presumably within a few years of it being built in late 1910. The hut was originally used to access the upper Hooker Glacier, the hut became more commonly used as an easy overnight trip form Aoraki Mount Cook village. The plate bears a small paper label in the lower left corner that reads "No.16 Cook Hut".
