Description |
A commemoration trowel and leather sheath, for the foundation stone of the South Canterbury RSA's building on Wai-iti Rd, 1975. The trowel has a metal blade which fits to a wooden handle. The top of the blade is engraved with the details of the laying of the foundation stone and the underside is engraved with names of the executive and the branch delegates. The leather sheath is embossed with a picture of a flag on a hill surrounded by a geometric pattern. |
