Woman's green woollen bathing costume, circa 1930. The front of the costume has a square neckline and thin shoudler straps. The waist has a short skirt to cover trunk shorts below. The bottom left corner at the front has a label of a silver fern on a black background and "Pacific" written in the centre. The back is low and there is a string attached across the back to hold the shoulder straps in place. There is a tag inside which reads "Size 34". |
